• Parts Per Million (PPM)
• Number of Late Shipments
• Number of Premium Freight Instances
• Approved On-Time PPAP Submissions (if applicable)

These ratings are extremely important to Webasto Roof Systems because it is a reflection of your credibility as an approved supplier and will be used by Purchasing as a tool when sourcing new business. Attachment “A” indicates how the scores are calculated, which is attached for your review. Please note the percentages have changed for PPM’s and premium freight instances.
